A 1920's application form for the TRUE BLUE BROTHERHOOD, a worldwide fellowship league published in the Buffalo Bill Library (UK) and aimed at youths and younger adults. Publishers of the the Original Buffalo Bill Library issued a number of novelettes at a cost of 2d (two pence) known as dime novels, Though originating in America, in Britain they were known as boys' weeklies or story papers and were particularly popular before the Second World War.
