Floodwater near Keswick Cumbria during the floods of November 2009, between Bassenthwaite Lake and Derwentwater.


Cumbria was hit very hard in November 2009 by unprecedented rainfall. The resulting floods were worst around Keswick, Cockermouth and Workington. This shot was taken from Portinscale looking towards Keswick on the Friday morning after the flooding had reached its peak.
