Members of the US Navy Ceremonial Guard conduct a dignified transfer of remains ceremony at Washington Dulles International Airport for one of two Sailors recovered from the Civil War ironclad USS Monitor March 6, 2013 in Sterling, Virginia. The Monitor sank off Cape Hatteras, NC in 1862. The two Sailors will be interred with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery.
