Overlapping images of the same face show the creativity that can be achieved with a camera. This double-exposure photograph of the face of a pretty woman was made with natural sunlight against a plain background. She turned her head to the left for a profile with the first exposure, and then turned it to the right for a profile of the opposite side of her face with another exposure on the same frame of film. Sunlight falling directly on her from the left highlighted some strands of hair in the first exposure and some of her face in the second exposure.
