The left piece engraved "SS", the right struck with armoury mark "PM". Ridged poleyns of three lames, the lateral fan plates with finely turned and roped edges. The greaves with hinge closure, either piece with attached mail for the protection of the foot. The interior of the armour coated with red lead.
