The front of Masson Mill on which are the words "Sir Richard Arkwright & Co, 1769" although th mill was actually built in 1783. The red brick built mill embodies a central facade in the Venetian style, topped by a cupola. The chimney was buiult by Farnsworth Brothers of Bonsall in 1907 at a cost of £618
