Fish Pendant 2nd century – 3rd century Colima This shell carving of a fish, said to be from Colima in West Mexico, is cut out of a large white shell. The fish has an arched body with two dorsal fins and two fins on its underside. The mouth is slightly open; the eye has two concentric circles, the inner one being perforated.
