This oyster mushroom was grown using waste coffee grounds from cafes as the growing to have minimal environmental impact the growing compound is diverted from going to waste and there is little water or energy in the production and no chemicals are used. The mushrooms are therefore a sustainable and nutritious foodstuff containing Vitamin D, protein, finer and Vitamin B6.
