OCEAN (March 26, 2019) - Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Amari Jessup, fires a machine gun during a crew service weapons qualification aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), March 26, 2019. Carney, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its sixth patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners as well as national security interests in Europe and Africa.
