CoqArd chick. Recently hatched CoqArd chicken amongst empty egg shells on a chicken farm. The CoqArd is a variety of domestic chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) that has been bred by the faculty of veterinary medicine, at the University of Liege, Belgium, to be high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
