Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, chief of Air Force Reserve, announced Feb. 5, 2016, Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney, Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, will become the Reserve deputy director, director of Operations, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Mahaney will relinquish command of ARPC to Col. Ellen M. Moore, currently the director of Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga.
