Aberystwyth Wales UK. 22nd Dec, 2013. A power cut at around blacked out the main shopping streets of Aberystwyth , forcing most of the stores to close. Only Poundland remained open with staff helping shoppers see what they were buying. A sign in the window of the 24-Hour Spar convenience store, closed becuase of the power cut.
