Strip bastard with branches of branches from triangular cartouche, c. 1750 - c. 1770 Strip of natural -colored bobbin: Mechelse side. The pattern consists of an arc formed by two branches from a triangular cartouche along the top of the strip. In the middle of the arc lies along the underside of the strip, a rush -in -shaped cartouche. This composition is interspersed with a compound flower adjacent to the top with a trapezoidal cartouche placed against the underside on it. The motifs are connected by a fine Maas soil. The motifs are made in linen battle with thicker and shiny contour threads.
