Chris Simpson, 18th AF command chief, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., the development and use of the mobile cargo checking stations March 19, 2019, on Dover Air Force Base, Del. Aschemann briefed Barrett and Simpson that the checking stations are a Continuous Process Improvement Initiative to reduce the amount of time and personnel needed to process incoming cargo.
