A roadside memorial with flowers and signed notes from friends and classmates at the spot where two Orange Connecticut Teens were killed in a crash involving a Milford CT police cruiser. The officer was charged in the crash after it was learned he was traveling at speeds up to 95-miles an hour on Route 1 in Orange CT. The driver of the teenager's car also had alcohol in his system according to State Police reports. EDITORIAL USE ONLY
