Rugby World Cup Trophy Tour in Crosby, Liverpool. Merseyside, UK. 28th July, 2015. The Webb Ellis Cup was displayed on Crosby Beach and at Liverpool St Helens Rugby Club earlier in Windle to mark England's hosting of the tournament later this year. More than 250 local youngsters represented every team in the World Cup as Liverpool St Helens, the oldest open rugby club in the world, hosted its own mini-tournament to mark the trophy's visit.

The international Rugby World Cup Trophy Tour has seen the Webb Ellis Cup showcased to audiences around the world as part of the build-up to Rugby World Cup 2015, and on 10 June the trophy will start a 100-day tour of the UK and Ireland, marking the final countdown to this year’s showcase tournament.
