Daffodils growing in Eastrop Park, Basingstoke, Hampshire at the start of Spring 2013. This one of the few sunny days in March.

This shot was taken whilst laying on wet grass. The day was rather cold and very windy, so the flowers were blowing around a lot. Using a narrow aperture of , it allowed me to have just enough depth of field with the flowers being so close to the lens. Very little post-processing was done to this image as the light conditions available were perfect. Canon EOS 5D Mk II with a Canon 24-105mm f/4L USM lens. Exposure: 1/640 at (ISO 100).
