Pushing the Trembling Rock near Viterbo - central Italy

Trembling Rock is a 500 ton volcanic rock of unusual shape (8 meters long, 7 meters wide and 3 meters high) fallen by chance directly on top of another buried rock, so it can be made to tremble by a person pushing against a simple wooden pole. It was first described by Pliny (Plinius) the Elder as "naturae miraculum" (miracle of nature) in the 1st century AD.
