'The Big Blue' an enormous asymmetric glass fibre sculpture by Ron Arad, in Canada Square Park.

Visit two acres of garden above the Canada Place retail area. The steps leading into park are adorned with bronze planters courtesy of Tatiana Orloff. Flowers in the planters are changed every season and the gardens themselves contain 19 species of North American trees. Canada Square Park is also home to one of Canary Wharf's best loved pieces of public art, an enormous asymmetric glass fibre sculpture that appears to be floating in the air by Ron Arad entitled 'The Big Blue'. It rests on a ring of structural glazing that makes it appear to float above the ground. Ron Arad is one of Britain's most inventive designers.
