The Rhodes Nyanga Hotel in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe north of the city of Mutare is located in a tranquil setting of Gum or Eucalyptus trees, trout streams, and lakes. The empire builder Cecil John Rhodes used this as his country residence and home to relax. Trout fishing and hiking is encouraged in the surrounding highland countryside.
