Tourists are seen carrying suitcases around the cruise terminal. Without Covid, Barcelona is once again a port and destination for large cruise ship with thousands of cruise passengers who saturate services and the city. The Catalan government and the Barcelona City Council have taken steps in agreements aimed at restricting the number of cruises per day.
