They are from left to right (top to bottom): Thutmose II (also spelled Thothmes and Tuthmosis), husband of Hatshepsut and of the 18th Dynasty; Rameses II (Rameses the Great, also spelled Ramesses and Ramses) of the 19th Dynasty; Ramesses III of the 20th Dynasty; and Seti I of the 19th Dynasty.
