Elderly businessman holding hostage the manager of the Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund and threatened to set fire to the building. The old man asked the manager money withheld in Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund due debts to the Tax Office. The police evacuated the building and blocked the area. Police negotiator arrived and after the operation, the old man was immobilized and eventually arrested.
