PORT GLASGOW, SCOTLAND: TAKE a look inside the largest purpose built civilian WW2 shelter in the UK where up to one thousand people could have sought refuge from Nazi attacks. Eerie pictures show the dark, rusted tunnels of the underground shelter which was built into the side of a cliff in Port Glasgow, Scotland. Other images show what remains of the toilets and the generator that would have been used to power the shelter. The shots were taken by urban exploration group Abandoned Scotland who hope to draw attention to some of Scotland’s forgotten landmarks.
