Tiger siblings care for each other. UK ENDEARING images of two Siberian tiger cubs playing and showering each other with affection were captured on New Year's Day, January 1, 2024, in Norfolk. These six-month-old cubs spent their NY Day as they will no doubt be sending the year - playfighting with each other while their mum kept a watchful eye on them from a distance. Amur tigers are the largest of the world?s big cats, as well as the heaviest, and they can reach up to 551 pounds and ten metres in length. These precious moments were captured by 41-year-old British Wildlife photographer Talvinder Chohan from a few feet away using his Canon EOS R6 camera with a 400mm lens at Banham Zoo, Norfolk. ?To capture these cubs playing with each other first thing in the morning, I couldn?t have asked for a better way to start my new year,? he said. ?The light was great for these pictures, with the morning sun peeking through the trees and the animals backlit in a soft glow. ?Their energy and curiosity fascinated me. They kept running around, play-fighting each other, and exploring their surroundings. I was transfixed by their ENDs
