Poha is a much desired Indian fast food. It comprises of a mixture of cut onion, cut boiled potato along with some salty items and mixed with sweet and lemony curries. It is a low oil food whereby the raw puffed rice flakes are mixed with cut vegetables and some other ingredients in a vessel with some oil. This is primarily a breakfast food but can be consumed at other times as well.
