Long known as Grauman's Chinese Theatre, it was later called Mann's Chinese Theatre and is now named the TLC Chinese Theatre. Impressions in the foreground were made in 1936 by two movie stars who appeared in 14 films together, William Powell and Myrna Loy. They are among early signees who inscribed personal messages to Sid Grauman, the man who built the lavish movie house and managed it until his death in 1950
