Identical to the above, excepting that the flowers are double. Palmata Elegans (Pink Meadow Sweet). One of the most useful hardy plants, with dark green foliage and purple-red stems and branches passing into the silvery pink of the broad corymbs of flowers, which are produced very free during June and July. 2 to 3 feet. Ulmaria Fl. PI. (Meadow Sweet). Grows about 3 feet high, and pro- duces its double white flowers during June and July. Venusta.
