Benjamin Waite, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) public works officer presents a coin to Toshitaka Akaike, branch manager, Kanto Daiichi Branch, Nippo Corporation, during a ribbon cutting ceremony reopening CFAY's helipad.
