Crimson Bottlebrushes (Callistemon citrinus) are seen in Spain during spring. According to AEMET, the Spanish meteorological agency, it was the fourth driest spring since 1961, and the second driest of the 21st century, only behind 2005. Precipitation in the country as a whole was 33% below normal and the average temperature was ºC. This temperature was ºC higher than the average of last decades.
