HONOLULU (May 5, 2017) - Governor of Hawaii David Ige, presents a certificate of appreciation to Sgt. 1st Class Anastassia Doctor for her contributions to local communities. The award was accepted on her behalf by Sgt. 1st Class Jaffar. Ige issued a proclamation identifying May 2017 as Hawaii Military Appreciation Month to recognize Hawaii-based military members.
