The timber framed building has a Welsh slate roof. There are two storeys and attics, and two bays. In the ground floor is a shop front, and the upper floor contains mullioned and transomed windows. Above these is decorative balustrading, and mullioned and transomed windows in the attic, which is gabled with decorative bargeboards and finials carved as figures.
