Plate 9: (43) Sago Palm / Sagus Rumphii, syn. Metroxylon sagu, syn Metroxylon rumphii (44) Cocoa Nut Palm / Cocos nucifera (45) American Aloe / Agave americana (46) Gomuti Palm / Arenga saccharifera syn. Arenga pinnata (47) Date Palm / Phoenix dactylifera - Sourced from Popular Economic Botany by Thomas Croxen Archer. Pub. Reeve & Co., London. 1858. So no longer in copyright. - Pages of book are foxed (tinted yellow-orange with age) so some desaturation has been applied and levels boosted to lighten. Patina /texture of page and paper fibre still exists should you want this rather than pure white b/ground. Bad paper stains and some printing ink blobs have been removed though there are some very minor paper flecks embedded here and there.
