After the end of May sowing should be discontinued until be- ginning of August, when a prof- itable crop may be secured by planting the extra early varieties. EXTRA EARLY PEAS, MEDIUM HEIGHT. NEW YORK MARKET PEA. This is the finest round white Extra Early Pea that has yet been introduced. FOr size of pod, regularity of growth, it has no equal and the quality is of the finest. The pods are of a dark green color and are produced in immense quantities. Forear- liness it is a week ahead of all that class of peas, and as the pods fill very evenly, the whole crop can be cleared off at two pickings.
