Comic strip Ella Cinders from the Victoria Daily Times 8th March 1927 - The American syndicated comic strip was created by writer Bill Conselman and drawn by artist Charles Plumb, though it is said ghost writers Fred Fox and Roger Armstrong of Scamp magazine acted as ghost writers at times. It was distributed for most of its life by United Feature Syndicate, launched daily version on June 1, 1925, and on Sundays from 1927 years later. It was discontinued on December 2, 1961. Ella Cinders derived her name from Cinderella.
