Coast Guard Cutter Reliance crew connects a tow line to the disabled sailboat C'est La Vie floundering in the Atlantic Ocean 110 miles off the coast of Virginia Beach February 8, 2019 near Virginia Beach, Virginia. The 32-foot sailboat snapped the tiller while traveling from Sheepshead Bay, New York, destined for St. Croix. Two sailors were rescued and the boat towed to safety.
