The World was temporarily moored at Falmouth after disembarking residents during the Covid-19 pandemic. The World is privately owned cruise ship and is normally home to some of the richest 45,000 ton residential ship is home to approximately 150 families from 19 countries and has an average resident and guest occupancy of 150 to 200 people. Superyacht Katara is one of the largest yachts in the world at 124m in length. Her estimated cost price is USD 300 million. She was built by Lurssen and is though tb owned by 40-year-old current Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani or by Sheikh Nawaf bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani, chairman of the Katara Hospitality Group.
