Dreamcatcher alongside Route 66 at the Meteor City Trading Post west of Winslow, Arizona. The Meteor City Trading Post first opened in 1939 and was known for its geodesic dome, giant roadside dreamcatcher and the world’s Longest Map of Route 66. After unsuccesful attempts to sell the business Meteor City closed for good in December of 2012 and is now left for the vandals and the elements.
