""Suffer the Little Children to Come Unto Me"". Bare-footed, heavy-hearted, a group of Polish orphan children comes in reverence before their mother, the Virgin Mary, to express their faith, as a Coast Guard-manned transport carries them away from the ravages of war in the waters of Asia. A Polish chaplain reads the mass, gives strength to his pathetic congregation. Taken aboard the Coast Guard ship at Bombay, India, these boys and girls are on their way through the Indian Ocean to an undisclosed allied port where they will find a new life, a new hope and safety.
