The Men's `Health Survival of the Fittest 2013 was held in the grounds of the soon to be redeveloped Battersea Power Station. Touted as the world's biggest obstacle race, the even was one in a series that organisers Rat Run hold around the UK. Teams and individuals participated, some for glory, others for fun, raising money for charity.
