Nor are they treated in theconventional style of Egypt, but in a man-ner which, for grace, spirit, correctness, anddelicacy of execution, excels every thing elseknown in Asiatic art. The labor bestowedon the careful finish of a priests dress, andin the tasteful decorations of an article offurniture, proves them to be the work of aningenious and pains-taking people.
