Olden Old Church stands in the centre of Olden, about 10 minutes walk from the quay. Olden is a village in the municipality of Stryn in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The church was built in 1759. The doorposts and the doors of the pews were prepared from timber from this stave church. Olden Church is open to the public during the summer season only. To preserve the old church, another church referred to as ‘new’ church was built in 1934 and it is just a short distance along the valley.
