Paper-making in 1915 - A combined willowing and dusting machine. Rags or other fibres were ripped in the willow before being passed through the duster where they were further processed by blowing away the dust with a large fan. Willowing was the breaking up of raw cotton, rags, fibres etc to remove impurities
