A pair of double-barrelled hammer pistols in their case Ferdinand Reuss in Mehlis circa 1880/90. Bright, rifled bores in 16,8 mm calibre. Burnished barrels and machined mid-ribs with two folding rear sights each. On the upper sides of both barrels gold-inlaid signature and marked "BESTELLT V. NICOLAS DE HARDINN". T-lock, double set triggers. Hammers, lock plates and mounting with etched, deep, profuse vine engraving. Grips with fine chequering.
