The newly installed green roof of the Power House building in Mill Pond Park in the New York borough of the Bronx is seen on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. The 25,800-square-foot LEED certified building will include, besides the green roof, space for Parks Dept. offices, a cafŽ, and a locker room for the adjacent tennis courts.
