Snow is very unusual in the eastern part of the Kanto area in Japan in November. Usually, first snow appears in the middle of winter in this area. Decorative fountain spheres, roads, green bushes, pedestrian signs, yellow and red trees, street lanterns are covers with the first snow, which will probably melt within 24 hours, but will cause troubles on roads, being very unexpected.
