Milford, CT, USA-- A "Cash For Clunkers" promotional vehicle draws customers to Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford Connecticut. The highly popular government rebate program gave buyers up to $4,500 for older model trade-ins. Nearly 500,000 Americans took part in the controversial program, which was funded by tax dollars.
