Engine cowling of a T-28 Trojan. The T-28 was utilized as a training aircraft in the 1950'sfor the Air Force, Navy, and Marines replacing the aging World War II era T-6 trainers. One variant, the T-28D, saw action as an attack aircraft in Southeast Asia.
