This new Barratt development in Preston, Lancashire includes 104 new home of which 21 are classed as 'affordable housing'. The Conservatives have pledged 200,000 homes for first-time buyers by 2020 if they win the election. Meanwhile Ed Milliband wants the banks to fund 125,000 new hoes for first-time buyers if they win the election.
