London, Ontario. August 23, 2011. Tim Hudak, leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative party, addressed delegates at the 2011 Association of Municipalities of Ontario and used the opporutnity to do some campaigning. In his address Hudak rolled out some of his parties "Changebook" platform that is based on three pillars. Putting more money into the pockets of Ontario families, clean up government and provide a guarantee to the services needed by reducing the bureaucrcy that Hudak claims diverts hundreds of millions of dollars front lines of healthcare and education.
